目的：探讨不同护理干预措施在脑血栓患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年5月我院接治的脑血栓患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例，对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理的基础上给与患者全面护理。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组，其对比具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上进行全面护理，能有效的提高脑血栓患者的治疗效果，同时提高患者的生活水平，值得临床推广和应用。

목적：탐토불동호리간예조시재뇌혈전환자중적응용효과。방법선취2013년5월~2014년5월아원접치적뇌혈전환자86례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조43례，대조조환자급여상규호리간예，관찰조재상규호리적기출상급여환자전면호리。결과관찰조환자치료적총유효솔명현고우대조조，호리총만의도고우대조조，기대비구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론재상규호리적기출상진행전면호리，능유효적제고뇌혈전환자적치료효과，동시제고환자적생활수평，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of dif erent nursing intervention measures in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods From May 2013 to May 2014, 86 patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing. Results The total ef ective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the total satisfaction degree of nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the total ef ective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing care, can ef ectively improve the treatment ef ect of patients with cerebral thrombosis, while improving the living standards, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
