目的：探讨在外科治疗艾滋病患者中护理人员的自我防护措施。方法医院建立完善的防护体系，严格加强护理工作的规章制度，提高护理人员的自我防护意识。结果有效预防和控制了外科护理人员在护理工作中发生的职业暴露现象，降低了感染艾滋病病毒的几率。结论在外科治疗中对艾滋病患者进行临床护理时，提高护理人员的自我防护意识，加强护理人员的职业技能，可有效降低职业暴露现象，降低护理人员感染艾滋病的几率。

Objective To investigate the protective measures of nursing staf in the surgical treatment of AIDS patients. Methods The hospital set up a perfect protection system, strengthen the nursing work of the rules and regulations, improve the self-protection awareness of the nursing staf . Results Ef ective prevention and control of the occupational exposure of surgical nursing staf in nursing work, reduce the risk of HIV infection. Conclusion In the surgical treatment of AIDS patients for clinical nursing and improve nursing staf 's awareness of self-protection, to strengthen the professional skil s of nursing staf , can ef ectively reduce the phenomenon of occupational exposure and reduce risk of HIV infection in nursing staf .
