近30年来,随着CT和MRI等影像技术的不断发展以及在神经外科的普及和应用,神经外科诊疗、教学工作和各种影像资料以及手术录像的关系越来越密切,多媒体教学方法成为各种类型神经外科专科医学教育必不可少的教学手段之一。同样,基于问题的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法和典型案例为引导的案例教学法因为其可以引发学生积极思考以及增加实际分析能力等优点,目前在国内高等医学教育中也收到越来越广泛的重视。我们通过建立典型病例的多媒体资料库,在神经外科研究是临床教学中应用PBL以及案例教学法结合多媒体教学模式,在更好掌握理论知识的同时,有效提高了学生的独立思考能力和临床思维能力。

Over the past three decades, CT, MRI and other imaging technologies have developed rapidly and are widely used in neurosurgery. Neurosurgery clinical work and teaching rely on a variety of image data and surgical video. Multimedia teaching has become an essential teaching method in neurosurgery specialist medical education. Similarly, two advanced teaching methods, problem based learning (PBL) and case based learning (CBL), are highly regarded by educational worker as late-model teaching methods in higher medical education of China. Because they can cultivate the students' ability to analyze and solve concrete problems independently. By establishment of a multimedia library for typical cases and combination of PBL, CBL and multimedia teaching, we effectively improve the students' ability to think independently and clinical thinking, as well as mater theoretical knowledge.
