为提高医学生的临床基本操作技能,以“临床基本技能训练综合课程”为契机,采用“自我识别”教学方法,综合利用课前预习、课堂上教师演示和讲解、学生练习、学生操作录像、课后学生观看和讨论录像、对比识别自身缺点和再次练习的教学方法,着力培养和提高学生的自我学习能力,提高了学习热情和积极性,巩固了对基本技能操作的掌握,取得了显著的教学效果,为基本操作教学探索新的有效途径。
為提高醫學生的臨床基本操作技能,以“臨床基本技能訓練綜閤課程”為契機,採用“自我識彆”教學方法,綜閤利用課前預習、課堂上教師縯示和講解、學生練習、學生操作錄像、課後學生觀看和討論錄像、對比識彆自身缺點和再次練習的教學方法,著力培養和提高學生的自我學習能力,提高瞭學習熱情和積極性,鞏固瞭對基本技能操作的掌握,取得瞭顯著的教學效果,為基本操作教學探索新的有效途徑。
위제고의학생적림상기본조작기능,이“림상기본기능훈련종합과정”위계궤,채용“자아식별”교학방법,종합이용과전예습、과당상교사연시화강해、학생연습、학생조작록상、과후학생관간화토론록상、대비식별자신결점화재차연습적교학방법,착력배양화제고학생적자아학습능력,제고료학습열정화적겁성,공고료대기본기능조작적장악,취득료현저적교학효과,위기본조작교학탐색신적유효도경。
To improve basic surgical skills of medical students, the self-identification teaching method has been used in the basic clinical skills training course, which has embodied students’ principal status in teaching and improved students’ learning methods. Great efforts have been made to cultivate and improve students’ learning capabilities. In this way, a satisfying teaching result has been realized and the teaching quality has been improved as well. This type of basic surgical skills training method may be helpful to improving the surgical educational experience for medical students.
