“就业难”是如今高校毕业生整体面临的现状。因专业基础薄弱、就业范围狭窄及综合素质不高等因素的限制，高职艺术类专业学生就业形势严峻，并成为学生、家长、学校共同关注的核心问题。探究高职院校艺术类专业学生就业能力的提高势在必行：既要增强他们的核心竞争力，又要优化其就业环境。基于此，文章就高职院校艺术类专业学生成功就业策略进行了具体的分析。

The college graduates as a whole are facing the status of “difficult employment”. Because of the following factors: professional foundation is weak;the scope of employment is narrow and the comprehensive quality is not high,the students of art major from vocational colleges are facing severe employment problems which is also the core problem concerned by students,parents and schools. It is necessary to probe how to improve the employment ability of the students of art major from vocational colleges. On one hand ,it is necessary to enhance their core competitiveness,on the other hand,their employment environment should be optimized. Based on this,the article makes a detailed analysis on how to make successful employment strategies of art-major students.
