进行了H型中间包的挡墙和坝的水模拟优化试验,确定出挡墙和坝的最佳设计方案。结合H型中间包的优点,与普遍使用的T型中间包进行了水模实验对比研究。研究表明:H型中间包内流动比T型中间包内更加稳定;当挡墙间距为130 mm、上挡墙高为87.5 mm、下挡墙高为52.5 mm时,H型中间包内液体的流动状态最好,死区体积比T型中间包小;符合工艺参数条件下增大中间包容积有利于停留时间的延长。
進行瞭H型中間包的擋牆和壩的水模擬優化試驗,確定齣擋牆和壩的最佳設計方案。結閤H型中間包的優點,與普遍使用的T型中間包進行瞭水模實驗對比研究。研究錶明:H型中間包內流動比T型中間包內更加穩定;噹擋牆間距為130 mm、上擋牆高為87.5 mm、下擋牆高為52.5 mm時,H型中間包內液體的流動狀態最好,死區體積比T型中間包小;符閤工藝參數條件下增大中間包容積有利于停留時間的延長。

By water simulation experiments on tundish dam and weir, the optimal design of dam and weir has been determined ,Which is compared with the widespread use of T-type tundish through water simulation ex-periments. The characteristics of flow fields of both tundish have been individually analyzed. Researches show that:liquid in the H-type tundish was more stable than in the T-type tundish, when the distance of baffles was 130 mm, the height of top baffles and bottom baffles was 87.5 mm and 52.5 mm, the flow condition was best, dead volume was smaller than that in the T-type tundish, under the condition which complies with the require-ments for the process parameters, increase the volume of tundish was beneficial to extended the residence time.
