灌芯复合保温砌块壳体采用轻集料混凝土空心砌块,须具足够的力学性能(≥10MPa)和保温性能(导热系数≤0.56W/(m · K)),对于砌块的轻集料,尽量选用导热系数小的材料,应以页岩和粉煤灰陶粒为主,适当辅以工业废渣废料,保证轻集料含水率尽量小,同时还要优化混凝土的配合比,特别是轻集料的掺和量和级配要合理,确保轻集料混凝土具有优良的隔热保温性能。

The composite insulation block filled with materials should be lightweight aggregate hollow concrete block with mechanical properties (≥10MPa) and insulation properties (thermal conductivity≤0.56W/(m · K)). The lightweight aggregate should be based on shale and fly ash ceramisite with low thermal conductivity, and lowest moisture content. The lightweight aggregate concrete should have excellent heat insulation performance.
