目的：对甲状腺手术中甲状腺旁腺显露以及保护方法进行讨论。方法抽选我院2013年4月~2015年4月间57例甲状腺手术患者,对患者甲状旁腺显露、功能保护方式进行调查,并对患者治疗后效果进行调查。结果57例患者血清钙平均值为(2.2±0.5)mmol/L,其中有8例患者术后血清钙值低于2.1mmol/L,占比例的14.0%,此8例患者中有3例患者出现低钙血症状,占比例的5.3%(3/57)。57例患者甲状旁腺素平均水平为(14.2±9.3)ng/L,有6例患者甲状旁腺素水平低于8ng/L,占比例的10.5%,患者给予对症治疗2w后,甲状旁腺素水平均得到明显改善,无永久性甲状旁腺功能减退病例。结论甲状腺手术中可以在直视下对甲状旁腺进行保护。
목적：대갑상선수술중갑상선방선현로이급보호방법진행토론。방법추선아원2013년4월~2015년4월간57례갑상선수술환자,대환자갑상방선현로、공능보호방식진행조사,병대환자치료후효과진행조사。결과57례환자혈청개평균치위(2.2±0.5)mmol/L,기중유8례환자술후혈청개치저우2.1mmol/L,점비례적14.0%,차8례환자중유3례환자출현저개혈증상,점비례적5.3%(3/57)。57례환자갑상방선소평균수평위(14.2±9.3)ng/L,유6례환자갑상방선소수평저우8ng/L,점비례적10.5%,환자급여대증치료2w후,갑상방선소수평균득도명현개선,무영구성갑상방선공능감퇴병례。결론갑상선수술중가이재직시하대갑상방선진행보호。
Objective The thyroid glands in thyroid surgery and protection methods are discussed.Methods Selected from April 2013~April 2015 57 patients with thyroid surgery,the patient parathyroid gland show,function protection way to investigate,and investigating the ef ect of patients after treatment.Results The average of 57 patients with serum calcium as tendency for L (2.2±0.5), including 8 cases of patients with postoperative serum calcium values below 2.1 tendency for L,accounting for 14.0%of the proportion,the eight patients in 3 patients symptoms of low blood calcium, accounts for 5.3%(3/57).57 cases of parathyroid hormone levels in patients with an average of 14.2±9.3 ng/L,there are 6 cases of patients with parathyroid hormone levels below 8 ng/L,accounting for 10.5%of the proportion,for patients with symptomatic treatment after 2 weeks,parathyroid hormone levels were obviously improved,no permanent parathyroid function impairment disease Conclusion Can in thyroid surgery under direct to protect parathyroid gland.
