目的：探讨临床路径在妇科单病种医疗过程中的应用效果。方法选择同期住院的子宫腺肌症、卵巢良性肿瘤患者各60例，根据临床路径标准随机将患者分为对照组和实验组(临床路径实施组)，比较分析两组患者住院费用、术前住院日、平均住院日、患者满意度等指标。结果实验组的平均住院日和住院费用显著低于对照组患者(<0.05)；实验组患者的满意度显著高于对照组(<0.05)。结论妇科单病种的临床路径实施可缩短患者的住院时间、降低患者的医疗费用和提高患者的满意度。
목적：탐토림상로경재부과단병충의료과정중적응용효과。방법선택동기주원적자궁선기증、란소량성종류환자각60례，근거림상로경표준수궤장환자분위대조조화실험조(림상로경실시조)，비교분석량조환자주원비용、술전주원일、평균주원일、환자만의도등지표。결과실험조적평균주원일화주원비용현저저우대조조환자(<0.05)；실험조환자적만의도현저고우대조조(<0.05)。결론부과단병충적림상로경실시가축단환자적주원시간、강저환자적의료비용화제고환자적만의도。
Objective To investigate the application ef ects of single-disease clinical pathway in the department of gynecology.Methods Patients with adenomyosis or ovarian benign tumors were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=60)according to the clinical pathway during the same period in the hospital.The hospitalization expenses,preoperative average length of stay,average length of stay and patient satisfaction were analyzed.Results The hospitalization expenses,preoperative average length of stay and average length of stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( <0.05).The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly increased as compared with control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway for single diseases of gynaecologic patients could shorten the average length of stay,reduce hospitalization expenses and improve the patients'satisfaction.
