徐州市以组织机构代码为基础建立徐州市企业质量信用平台，是质监部门为贯彻落实国务院《质量发展纲要》的重要举措。企业质量信用档案是企业诚信体系的重要组成部分，客观地记录了企业在运营过程中遵守法律法规、执行技术规范和标准的信息平台。文章研究的建立以组织机构代码为基础的企业质量信用档案，可以有效地提高质监系统对企业监管的效率和能力，促进企业不断争强诚信意识、质量意识和法律意识。

Enterprise quality credit archives is an important part of the enterprise credit system, and the objective records the information platform of the enterprises in the course of operation to comply with laws and regulations,the implementation of technical specifications and standards. This paper study on establishing the organization code based enterprise quality credit archives ,can effectively enhance the quality supervision system of corporate governance efficiency and capacity ,and promote enterprises continue to strengthen the consciousness of the integrity,quality consciousness and legal consciousness.
