目的：研究分析急诊手术治疗脊柱脊髓损伤的临床效果。方法选择2014年6月~2015年6月在我院进行诊治的82例脊柱脊髓损伤患者,回顾性探析其急诊手术的治疗方法及效果。结果本组82例患者中,76例患者术后的肌力获得显著改善,肌力提高了2~3级,过敏症状消失,麻木感减轻,感觉平面降低；1例患者上颈段骨折脱位非常严重而死亡；5例截瘫患者肌力恢复不显著,但是二便失禁功能有一定程度的恢复。结论对急诊脊柱脊髓损伤患者,及早正确的外科手术治疗可有效解剖复位,重建脊柱的稳定性,促进残存脊髓功能的恢复,以利于疾病的及早康复。
목적：연구분석급진수술치료척주척수손상적림상효과。방법선택2014년6월~2015년6월재아원진행진치적82례척주척수손상환자,회고성탐석기급진수술적치료방법급효과。결과본조82례환자중,76례환자술후적기력획득현저개선,기력제고료2~3급,과민증상소실,마목감감경,감각평면강저；1례환자상경단골절탈위비상엄중이사망；5례절탄환자기력회복불현저,단시이편실금공능유일정정도적회복。결론대급진척주척수손상환자,급조정학적외과수술치료가유효해부복위,중건척주적은정성,촉진잔존척수공능적회복,이리우질병적급조강복。
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of emergency surgical treatment for spinal cord injury.Methods 82 cases of spinal cord injury were treated in our hospital during 2014.06~5015.06, and the treatment method and ef ect of emergency operation were retrospectively reviewed.Results 82 patients in this group,76 cases of patients with postoperative muscle obtained significant improvement.The muscle strength increased 2~3 grade,al ergy symptoms disappeared,the numbness reduce the level of sensory decreased.Conclusion For emergency spinal cord injury patients, early and cor ect surgical treatment can be ef ective anatomical reduction, reconstruction of spinal stability, and promote the recovery of residual spinal cord function, in order to facilitate the early recovery of disease.
