目的：研究外固定架应用于骨科创伤中的治疗效果。方法选择本院2011年1月~2013年1月2年期间所收治的骨科创伤患者54例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组，其中对照组27例，应用常规治疗，实验组27例，采用外固定架进行治疗。观察其治疗效果及手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间及切口长度。结果实验组患者治疗效果的优良率高于对照组患者，组间差异经卡方检验后发现有统计学意义(<0.05)。并且实验组患者在手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间及切口长度方面上均小于对照组患者，组间差异经卡方检验后发现同样具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论应用外固定架治疗骨科创伤与传统的骨科治疗方式相比具有良好的效果，值得临床上进行广泛推广应用。
목적：연구외고정가응용우골과창상중적치료효과。방법선택본원2011년1월~2013년1월2년기간소수치적골과창상환자54례，근거수궤수자표법분위대조조화실험조，기중대조조27례，응용상규치료，실험조27례，채용외고정가진행치료。관찰기치료효과급수술시간、주원시간、유합시간급절구장도。결과실험조환자치료효과적우량솔고우대조조환자，조간차이경잡방검험후발현유통계학의의(<0.05)。병차실험조환자재수술시간、주원시간、유합시간급절구장도방면상균소우대조조환자，조간차이경잡방검험후발현동양구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론응용외고정가치료골과창상여전통적골과치료방식상비구유량호적효과，치득림상상진행엄범추엄응용。
Objective To study the external fixator was applied in the Department of orthopedics trauma treatment ef ect. Methods 54 patients with trauma in our hospital department of orthopedics during 2011 January to 2013 January were two cases, according to randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 27 patients in control group, routine treatment, 27 cases in the experimental group, were treated by external fixation. To observe the therapeutic ef ect and the operative time, hospitalization time, healing time and the length of incision.Results The rate of excel ent and good results in the experimental group was higher than that of the treatment ef ect of patients in the control group, the dif erences between groups by chi square test and found to have statistical significance ( < 0.05). And the patients in the experimental group in the operation time, hospitalization time, healing time and incision length were less than control group, the dif erences between groups by chi square test was found to be similar with statistical significance ( < 0.05). Conclusion Compared Department of orthopedics on Application of external fixator in the treatment of Department of orthopedics trauma and traditional has good ef ect, worthy of clinical popularization and application were widely.
