以国务院发布的《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动计划的指导意见》为依据，分析产业互联网、电子商务和在线旅游发展趋势，重点对铁路客运互联网业务发展进行了全面的分析，在此基础上，提出了铁路客运互联网服务的重点措施和服务设计内容，并对铁路客运互联网服务平台结构进行了设计。本文的分析和设计对铁路制订并落实“互联网+”行动计划、推动铁路互联网发展具有重要意义。

Based on the“guidance on actively promoting the Internet + action plan” issued by the State Council, the article analyzed the development trend of industry Internet, e-commerce and online travel,and focused on the development of the railway passenger transport Internet. Based on this, the article proposed the key measures and service contents of railway passenger transport Internet service, and designed the structure of the railway passenger transport Internet service platform. The analysis and design of this article were of great signiifcance for the development of the Internet and the implementation of the "Internet +" action plan as well as the promotion of the Internet development.
