改革开放以来我国的经济水平获得了很大程度上的提升，人们在各方面的需求也不断的有所提升，现阶段人们最为关注的就是自我的健康问题，医院是为患者提供健康保护的场所，而护理人员又是连接医院和患者的桥梁，所以当前医院的护理工作者面临着更加严峻的要求。现在的患者在就诊的过程中不但需要医生为自己提供最优的治疗方案，还需要护理人员提供优质的护理服务。实施优质护理服务提高了护理质量，加强护士责任心。使护士能够主动热情为患儿及家属提供全面、优质、人性化的专业服务。提高了家属对我们的信任和满意度，构建了和谐的医患关系，从而提高了对社会的满意度。
