目的：探讨巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染与早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的临床关系。方法收集我院收治的38例支气管肺发育不良的早产儿作为观察组，在我院生产的38例非支气管肺发育不良的早产儿作为对照组，比较两组早产儿发生巨细胞病毒感染情况。结果检测结果显示观察组早产儿巨细胞感染34例，显著高于对照组；而临床症状感染观察组24例，较对照组8例，有统计学意义。结论巨细胞病毒感染感染是引起早产儿支气管肺发育不良的重要因素之一。

목적：탐토거세포병독(CMV)감염여조산인지기관폐발육불량(BPD)적림상관계。방법수집아원수치적38례지기관폐발육불량적조산인작위관찰조，재아원생산적38례비지기관폐발육불량적조산인작위대조조，비교량조조산인발생거세포병독감염정황。결과검측결과현시관찰조조산인거세포감염34례，현저고우대조조；이림상증상감염관찰조24례，교대조조8례，유통계학의의。결론거세포병독감염감염시인기조산인지기관폐발육불량적중요인소지일。
Objective To investigate the clinical relationship between cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection and premature infants with bronchial dysplasia (BPD).Methods 38 cases of bronchial pulmonary dysplasia were col ected in our hospital as observation group,Another 38 cases of non bronchial pulmonary dysplasia in our hospital were selected as the control group,In two groups of premature infants with cytomegalovirus infection.Results The detection results showed that 34 cases of cytomegalovirus infection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the clinical symptoms were observed in 24 cases,compared with the control group in 8 cases,with statistical significance.Conclusion Cytomegalovirus infection is one of the important factors in premature infants with pulmonary dysplasia.
