目的对中西医结合治疗在前部缺血性视神经病变中的应用效果进行评估. 方法取纳入病例40 例. 随机分成对照组和治疗组. 对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组增加中医治疗. 对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比. 结果两组患者总有效率对比差别显著,治疗组的总有效率比对照组高,P<0. 05,有统计学意义. 两组患者视力水平对比差别显著,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义. 结论应用中西医结合的方法对前部缺血性视神经病变进行治疗,治疗效果优于单一治疗,且视力改善显著,值得推荐.

Objective To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in front to evaluate the application result of ischemic optic neuropathy .Meth-od Apply in 40 cases.Randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group implement regular treatment,the treatment group increased treatment in TCM.To contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate in both groups contrast difference is significant,high total effective rate in treatment group than the control group,P <0.05,with statistical significance.Two groups of patients with normal vision contrast difference is significant,the treatment group is better than that of control group,P <0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of early ischemic optic neuropathy,treatment effect is better than single treatment,and a significant vision improvement,is worth to recommend.
