对我院收治的54例小腿X线的病例进行了分析。结果发现第一次拍摄看到29例单纯胫骨骨折,10例单纯腓骨骨折,9例双骨折胫骨和腓骨平面型,6例胫骨和腓骨双骨折不同平面。双骨折是胫腓骨骨折的骨折发生率最高的骨折,其骨折发生率与腓骨近端骨折的发生率密切相关,容易误诊。

108 cases of the X line of the lower leg in our hospital in 5 years were analyzed. Results found for the first time filming see pure tibial fracture in 58 cases, simple fibular fracture 20 cases, double fracture of tibia and fibula with planar type in 18 cases, tibia and fibula double fracture of dif erent plane in 12 cases. The 2 film the original pure tibial fracture in 20 cases, 9 cases with proximal fibular fracture. Tibia and fibula fractures treated with double is the highest fracture incidence of leg tibia segment fracture line by inclined outward is often associated with fibula proximal fracture, and is likely to be misdiagnosed.
