总结肺移植术后有创动脉监测的护理经验。有创动脉监测包括正确的连接管道，细致的维护，密切监测动脉波形，有效的预防并发症及注意采血前后的处理。98例肺移植术后患者置管时间30~267h，均无感染、栓塞、出血等并发症发生。
