构建了企业知识吸收能力的评价指标体系,提出了基于二元区间数理论的评价模型。首先建立多指标决策矩阵,并对其进行标准化处理;其次利用数学中的余弦公式来确定企业每个指标与理想指标之间的余弦值,建立余弦矩阵;然后借助改进的层次分析法确定评价指标的权重系数区间;最后,根据所提的评价指标体系和评价模型,对四个企业的吸收能力进行了评价,从而验证了该方法的科学性和实用性。

An index system is built for evaluating knowledge absorptive capability of an enterprise. With this system,a knowledge absorptive capability eval-uation model based on the binary interval number theory is establish. Firstly,a multiple criteria decision making matrix is built and standardized;Secondly,u-sing cosine formula to determine the cosine of angle between each indicator of all the company and the ideal indexes to establish cosine matrix. Then with the help of the improved analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient range of evaluation index;Finally,according to the proposed evaluation in-dex system and evaluation model to evaluate the absorption capacity of four companies and illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed ap-proach.
