阿多诺认为，作为“瓦解的逻辑”的表征的论说文，是一种超群的批评形式，一种对概念的“内在批判”和“意识形态批判”。作为一种哲学表征，论说文不仅批判了概念的帝国主义倾向，还批判了以概念为基础构建的形而上学体系。然而，论说文又救赎性地保留了概念。它不加界定地直接使用概念，让概念在否定性的关系网络中更为精确地界定自身。论说文是一种“星丛”文体，在哲学上遵循的是“客体优先性”原则，其目的在于真正“恰切地”想象客体，在表达方式上与客体秩序保持一致，克服主体对客体的压迫，构建新型的主客关系。

Adorno argues that as the representation of“the logic of disintegration”, the essay is a form of criticism par ex-cellence, an immanent critique of concepts and ideologies.As a philosophical representation, the essay not only critiques conceptual imperialism, but also the metaphysical system which bases itself on concepts.However, the essay also redeems by preserving concepts.It uses concepts directly without any clear definition;all the concepts can be defined more exactly in a negative network.The essay is a kind of constellational style which follows the principle of the priority of object with a view to imagining the object exactly, conforming to the order of the object in representation, overcoming the oppression im-posed on the object by the subject and constructing a new type of relationship between subject and object.
