近年来，江苏新农村建设取得了长足的进步，但居住环境治理的相对滞后严重阻碍了新农村建设的进一步发展。文章通过对当下江苏省村庄环境整治工作存在问题的总结，建立村庄环境影响因素指标体系，结合AHP层次分析法，对各影响因素进行权重的排序。研究结果表明：村庄是否存在违建，电力电线架设是否有序是对村庄环境整治影响最大的因素。通过研究，以期为江苏省建立村庄环境整治长效机制献计献策。

In recent years,Jiangsu has made considerable progress in new rural construction, but the relative lag of the living environment management has seriously hindered the further development of the new rural construction. The paper establish a index system of the influences to village environment ,based on the summary of the existing problems to village environment improvement in Jiangsu Province ,and gives a weights of factors influencing sorting combined with the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results show that whether there is the neo-treasure hill village and whether power wires set up in order are the biggest influences to the village environment management. The paper will offer suggestions to establish a long-term effective mechanism of village environment management.
