目的：研究探讨早期护理干预对手素口病患儿的临床应用效果。方法将我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的手足口病口腔病变患儿60例按照统计学原理分成对照组和观察组，两组患儿均为30例。对照组患儿实行常规护理模式，观察组患儿采用早期护理干预，比较两组患儿临床应用效果。结果护理结果表明，观察组患儿体温恢复时间、皮疹消退时间、溃疡愈合时间与住院时间均少于对照组患儿，数据符合统计学差异(<0.05)。结论在早期阶段给予手足口病患儿相应的护理干预措施，能够明显提高临床治疗效果，有效缩短患儿组员时间，值得在临床上推广应用。

목적：연구탐토조기호리간예대수소구병환인적림상응용효과。방법장아원2013년7월~2014년7월수치적수족구병구강병변환인60례안조통계학원리분성대조조화관찰조，량조환인균위30례。대조조환인실행상규호리모식，관찰조환인채용조기호리간예，비교량조환인림상응용효과。결과호리결과표명，관찰조환인체온회복시간、피진소퇴시간、궤양유합시간여주원시간균소우대조조환인，수거부합통계학차이(<0.05)。결론재조기계단급여수족구병환인상응적호리간예조시，능구명현제고림상치료효과，유효축단환인조원시간，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of early nursing intervention on the treatment of children with the syndrome of the disease. Methods 60 children with hand, foot and mouth disease were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of statistics in July, July 2013 and the two groups were al 30 cases. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group were treated with early nursing intervention, the clinical ef ect of the two groups were compared. Results Showed that the recovery time of body temperature, skin rash subsided time, healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group, the data were statistical y dif erent ( <0.05). Conclusion In the early stage of treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease of the cor esponding nursing intervention measures, can significantly improve the clinical treatment ef ect, ef ectively shorten the time of children, is worthy of clinical application.
