目的：探讨分析0~6岁过敏性皮肤病儿童血清总IgE含量及特异性过敏原检测的临床意义。方法选择2014年1月~12月在我院皮肤科门诊进行检查的126例0~6岁过敏性皮肤病患儿为研究对象，给予本组患者均进行血清总IgE含量及特异性过敏原检测，观察患儿的血清总IgE含量和特异性过敏原种类等。结果本组患儿中，血清总IgE阳性率为81.0%，特异性过敏原阳性率为74.6%，过敏原的分布情况主要为吸入组(过敏原以粉尘螨，屋尘螨为首)和食入组(过敏原以蛋清，牛奶为首)。结论导致儿童过敏性皮肤病的吸入过敏源以粉尘螨，屋尘螨为首，食入过敏原以蛋清，牛奶为主。临床上，进行患儿的血清总IgE含量及特异性过敏原检测能够掌握导致患儿出现过敏性皮肤病的病因，具有临床推广的应用价值。

목적：탐토분석0~6세과민성피부병인동혈청총IgE함량급특이성과민원검측적림상의의。방법선택2014년1월~12월재아원피부과문진진행검사적126례0~6세과민성피부병환인위연구대상，급여본조환자균진행혈청총IgE함량급특이성과민원검측，관찰환인적혈청총IgE함량화특이성과민원충류등。결과본조환인중，혈청총IgE양성솔위81.0%，특이성과민원양성솔위74.6%，과민원적분포정황주요위흡입조(과민원이분진만，옥진만위수)화식입조(과민원이단청，우내위수)。결론도치인동과민성피부병적흡입과민원이분진만，옥진만위수，식입과민원이단청，우내위주。림상상，진행환인적혈청총IgE함량급특이성과민원검측능구장악도치환인출현과민성피부병적병인，구유림상추엄적응용개치。
Objective To explore analysis al ergic skin disease children aged 0 to 6 total serum IgE levels and the clinical significance of specific al ergens detection.Methods Choose 126 cases of al ergic skin diseases of children in our hospital outpatient department from 2014 January 1 to December 31,2014 for inspection of as the research object,for this group of patients with serum total IgE content and specific al ergen detection,observe the patient's serum total IgE content and category of specific al ergens.Results This group of children,the serum total IgE positive rate was 81.0%, specificity of al ergen positive rate was 74.6%,the distribution of al ergens mainly for inhalation group (led by dust mites),and eating group (headed by al ergens in egg white,milk).Conclusion Inhaled al ergens of al ergic skin disease in children,led by dust mites,and eating al ergen in egg white, milk is given priority to,clinical y,the patient's serum total IgE content and specific al ergen detection can grasp the children appear the cause of al ergic skin diseases,which has laid a good foundation has clinical application value.
