目的：：探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)后,腰痛症状改善不明显患者采用中药身痛逐瘀汤内服治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择收治且符合纳入标准的患者63例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组33例,给予身痛逐瘀汤水煎内服,1d1剂,分两次服用,10d 为1个疗程。对照组30例,给予碳酸钙D3片口服,1次1片,1 d2次。分别记录治疗前及治疗后1、3个月的采用目测类比(VAS)评分、(ADL)日常生活能力量表,以及治疗前及治疗、3个月骨密度测量结果。结果：治疗组33例接受治疗的患者完成治疗后,疼痛、生活质量及骨密度均较治疗前有了明显改善且优于对照组。结论：身痛逐瘀汤内服在治疗椎体压缩骨折PKP 术后残余痛方面疗效确切,是一种行之有效的方法。
목적：：탐토경피구낭확장추체후철성형술(PKP)후,요통증상개선불명현환자채용중약신통축어탕내복치료적림상료효。방법：선택수치차부합납입표준적환자63례,수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조33례,급여신통축어탕수전내복,1d1제,분량차복용,10d 위1개료정。대조조30례,급여탄산개D3편구복,1차1편,1 d2차。분별기록치료전급치료후1、3개월적채용목측류비(VAS)평분、(ADL)일상생활능역량표,이급치료전급치료、3개월골밀도측량결과。결과：치료조33례접수치료적환자완성치료후,동통、생활질량급골밀도균교치료전유료명현개선차우우대조조。결론：신통축어탕내복재치료추체압축골절PKP 술후잔여통방면료효학절,시일충행지유효적방법。
Obj ective:To discuss the clinics effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in treatment of the residual pain of vertebral compression fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).Methods:The research enrolled 63 cases in the standard,who were randomly divided into 2 groups.33 cases of treatment group treated with Shentong Zhuyu de-coction by po,bid/one agent and the period of ten days.30 cases of control group treated with vitD3 combined with caci-um,by one tablet twice a day.Visual analogue score (VAS),Activity of Daily living Scale(ADL)and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)were recorded before and 1 ,3 months after treatment.And bone mineral density (BMD)was measured before and 3,6 months after treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Results:33 cases of treatment group had obvious pain relief after treatment and had significance superior to control group.Their bone mineral density (BMD)and quality of life were further improved.Conclusion:It has curative effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in treatment of the residual pain of vertebral compression fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).
