目的：调查胃癌术后化疗患者的心理状态及家庭环境情况，研究心理护理及家庭支持护理干预方法的影响与作用。方法随机选择某院2013年1月~2014年6月收治的37例胃癌术后化疗患者，对其进行心理调查及家庭支持护理干预服务，研究患者护理干预后，心理情绪状态，生活质量水平，以及依从性指标。结果心理调查结果，胃癌术后化疗，患者因恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应诱发了多种心理问题，如：自卑、焦躁、恐惧、压力大等，家庭支持护理干预后，患者心理状态情绪得到明显改善，生活质量评分为(27.441.56)，依从率91.89%。结论家庭支持对处于疾病恢复敏感期的胃癌术后化疗患者的心理影响是巨大的，他们能够从家人那里感受到温暖、希望，坚定治疗信念，更好的配合医护人员工作。
목적：조사위암술후화료환자적심리상태급가정배경정황，연구심리호리급가정지지호리간예방법적영향여작용。방법수궤선택모원2013년1월~2014년6월수치적37례위암술후화료환자，대기진행심리조사급가정지지호리간예복무，연구환자호리간예후，심리정서상태，생활질량수평，이급의종성지표。결과심리조사결과，위암술후화료，환자인악심、구토、복사등불량반응유발료다충심리문제，여：자비、초조、공구、압력대등，가정지지호리간예후，환자심리상태정서득도명현개선，생활질량평분위(27.441.56)，의종솔91.89%。결론가정지지대처우질병회복민감기적위암술후화료환자적심리영향시거대적，타문능구종가인나리감수도온난、희망，견정치료신념，경호적배합의호인원공작。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of patients with gastric cancer after surgery and the family environment,and to study the influence of psychological nursing and family nursing intervention.Methods 37 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June were randomly selected,and the patients were treated with psychological investigation and family support.Results Psychological findings,postoperative gastric cancer chemotherapy,patients due to nausea,vomiting,diar hea and other adverse reactions induced by a variety of psychological problems,such as:low self-esteem,anxiety,fear,stress and so on,family support nursing intervention and psychological state in patients with mood be improved significantly,living quality score (27.44±1.56)compliance rate 91.89%.Conclusion Family support is a great psychological impact on patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,they can feel warm,hope,firm faith in treatment.
