目的：为了提高外科急腹症患者的治疗效果,临床医师要充分认识到老年患者的临床症状和生理特点,对其进行正确的诊断,给予针对性的治疗措施。方法从我院1989年5月~2012年7月收治的外科急腹症老年患者中选取227例作为此次研究对象,临床诊治特点分析。结果188例患者痊愈,39例患者好转,10例患者死亡,死亡率占4.98%。结论提早就诊时间,提高确诊率,正确处理,及时手术,这是预防老年急腹症死亡的关键。

목적：위료제고외과급복증환자적치료효과,림상의사요충분인식도노년환자적림상증상화생리특점,대기진행정학적진단,급여침대성적치료조시。방법종아원1989년5월~2012년7월수치적외과급복증노년환자중선취227례작위차차연구대상,림상진치특점분석。결과188례환자전유,39례환자호전,10례환자사망,사망솔점4.98%。결론제조취진시간,제고학진솔,정학처리,급시수술,저시예방노년급복증사망적관건。
Objective To improve the therapeutic ef ect of acute abdomen patients, clinicians should be ful y aware of the elderly patients with clinical symptoms and physiological characteristics, the is the cor ect diagnosis and give treatment. Methods From surgery in elderly acute abdomen patients in our hospital from 1989 to may 2012 July were selected 227 cases as the object of study, the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment for analysis. Results 188 cases were cured, 39 cases improved, 10 cases died, the mortality was 4.98%. Conclusion Early diagnosis and time, improve the diagnosis rate, correct processing, timely surgery. This is the key to the prevention of death in elderly patients with acute abdomen.
