为提高混凝土的早期强度,用磁化水替代普通水拌制混凝土。磁感应强度选取为285 mT,进行了5种水流速度下磁化水增强补偿收缩混凝土和喷射补偿收缩混凝土早龄期抗压强度试验,探讨混凝土早期强度增强机理。试验结果表明:相比于普通混凝土,补偿收缩混凝土7d抗压强度在水流速度0.9m/s增长幅度达6.4%;喷射补偿收缩混凝土7d抗压强度在水流速度2.1 m/s增长幅度可达14.2%。磁化水能够弥补速凝剂造成的混凝土7 d强度损失。相比于普通补偿收缩混凝土,喷射补偿收缩混凝土7 d抗压强度在水流速度2.1 m/s提高幅度可达11%。

In order to enhance the early-age strength of concrete,the magnetized water was used to take place of ordinary water.When the magnetized induction intensity was 285 mT,the early-age compressive strength of shrink-age-compensating concrete and shrinkage-compensating shotcrete with five types of water velocity were conducted.Meanwhile,the mechanism and reason why magnetized water was able to enhance the early-age strength were also analyzed.The result showed that the growth rate of 7-day compressive strength of shrinkage-compensating concrete and shrinkage-compensating shotcrete could respectively reach 6.4%and 14.2%when the water velocity was 0.9 m/s and 2.1 m/s.Magnetized water could make up for 7-day strength loss of concrete resulting from the accelera-tor.Compared with ordinary shrinkage-compensating concrete, the growth rate of 7-day compressive strength of shrinkage-compensating shotcrete was able to reach 11%when the water velocity was 2.1 m/s.
