文章运用实验法、问卷调查法、对比分析法,对高校健美操课分组互助教学进行实证研究,发现高校体育专业健美操课中运用分组互助教学法,能有效地促进学生对健美操动作技术的正确掌握和运动技能的提高,同时能更好地激发学生学习健美操的兴趣和自信心,培养学生互助、互促、互学、互竞的合作精神,充分发挥学生的潜能和主体作用,顺应了素质教育和新课改的要求,提高了教学效果。
文章運用實驗法、問捲調查法、對比分析法,對高校健美操課分組互助教學進行實證研究,髮現高校體育專業健美操課中運用分組互助教學法,能有效地促進學生對健美操動作技術的正確掌握和運動技能的提高,同時能更好地激髮學生學習健美操的興趣和自信心,培養學生互助、互促、互學、互競的閤作精神,充分髮揮學生的潛能和主體作用,順應瞭素質教育和新課改的要求,提高瞭教學效果。

This article uses the experimental method, questionnaire survey method, and comparative analysis method to make the empirical study of the university aerobics class Grouping Cooperation Teaching. Finding that using packet mutual teaching method in the course of aerobics sports colleges can effectively promote students to grasp and motor skills of aerobics movement technology, also can arouse students' interest in learning and the self-confidence of aerobics, cultivate students' mutual aid, mutual promotion, mutual learning, mutual competition and cooperation, give full play to their potential and the students' main body function, comply with the quality education and the requirements of the new curriculum reform, and improve the teaching effect.
