目的：探究和分析半夏泻心汤在消化道溃疡病的治疗效果观察。方法选择我院2014年4月~2015年4月我科消化道溃疡病例，分组为对照60例和治疗组50例，对照组主要是以服用西药控制为主；治疗组主要是给予半夏泻心汤加减服用为主，观察两组的治疗情况。结果在总有效率上，实验组比对照组高，差异性明显。结论该经典古方剂半夏泻心汤，深达其义，同时在平素应配合生活规律，情绪乐观，戒烟酒刺激之物，禁服损害胃粘膜药物，对治愈消化道溃疡收益较甚。

목적：탐구화분석반하사심탕재소화도궤양병적치료효과관찰。방법선택아원2014년4월~2015년4월아과소화도궤양병례，분조위대조60례화치료조50례，대조조주요시이복용서약공제위주；치료조주요시급여반하사심탕가감복용위주，관찰량조적치료정황。결과재총유효솔상，실험조비대조조고，차이성명현。결론해경전고방제반하사심탕，심체기의，동시재평소응배합생활규률，정서악관，계연주자격지물，금복손해위점막약물，대치유소화도궤양수익교심。
