通过分析欧标低合金高强度结构钢的使用条件,提出了欧标S355J0低合金高强度结构钢的技术要求,研究了EAF→LF→VD→连铸→加热→轧制生产S355J0钢的工艺措施。研发的欧标S355J0低合金高强度结构钢各项指标检验均符合客户要求,并成功通过用户试用打入国际市场。
通過分析歐標低閤金高彊度結構鋼的使用條件,提齣瞭歐標S355J0低閤金高彊度結構鋼的技術要求,研究瞭EAF→LF→VD→連鑄→加熱→軋製生產S355J0鋼的工藝措施。研髮的歐標S355J0低閤金高彊度結構鋼各項指標檢驗均符閤客戶要求,併成功通過用戶試用打入國際市場。

Through the analysis of?use conditions of the European standard high strength low alloy structural steel, the technical requirements of?European standard S355J0 high strength low alloy structural steel technology were put forward, and the technological measures of S355J0 steel produced with the process EAF→LF→VD→continuous casting→heating→rolling were studied. The results showed that the property value of the developed European standard S355J0 high strength low alloy structural steels could meet the customer’s requirements, and the said steel successfully entered the international market through the customers.
