公众参与是核电持续发展的关键要素,但我国核电发展中公众参与的系统研究仍然比较薄弱。在分析了我国核电发展过程中公众参与的现状、特点和不足的基础上,提出了我国核电公众参与的建议:构建公众参与的有机体系、界定公众参与的主体类型、确定公众参与的领域范围、实施公众参与的多样模式、建立公众参与的有效机制。
公衆參與是覈電持續髮展的關鍵要素,但我國覈電髮展中公衆參與的繫統研究仍然比較薄弱。在分析瞭我國覈電髮展過程中公衆參與的現狀、特點和不足的基礎上,提齣瞭我國覈電公衆參與的建議:構建公衆參與的有機體繫、界定公衆參與的主體類型、確定公衆參與的領域範圍、實施公衆參與的多樣模式、建立公衆參與的有效機製。

Public participation is a key factor to influence the development of nuclear power, at present, system research of public participation is stil relatively weak. To analysis the current situation, features and shortcom-ings of public participation in nuclear power, On this basis, put forward five countermeasures on public participa-tion in nuclear power in our country:to build a organic system of public participation, to define the main types of public participation, to determine the field of public participation, to implement the various modes of public par-ticipation, to establish the effective mechanism of public participation.
