"四有"是全面推进从严治党的新常态对党员干部提出的新要求,"四有"是有党、有民、有责、有戒的有机统一,是真有、全有、常有、长有的有机统一,是有认知、有情感、有意志、有行为驱动力的有机统一,是党性与人民性、创新性与规范性的有机统一. 当前要做到"四有",必须要弘扬一个好传统,提升两个境界,践行"三严三实"的行为准则,强化四个意识,增强五种力量.
