本试验旨在研究不同吸收剂和玉米对马铃薯茎叶青贮特性和发酵品质的影响. 采用单因子试验设计,共设7个组,其中对照组为马铃薯茎叶单独青贮,1~3组分别在对照组基础上添加25%的米糠、玉米秸和小麦秸,4~6组分别在1~3组基础上添加4%的玉米,每个组5个重复. 结果表明,与对照组相比,1、2、3组均显著提高青贮料的感官品质评分( P<0.05) ,显著降低pH(P<0.05);1、2组显著提高乳酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低氨氮含量(P<0.05). 添加不同吸收剂和玉米对马铃薯茎叶青贮料的不同营养成分均产生了显著影响( P<0.05). 由此可见,在吸收剂的基础上进一步添加玉米,青贮品质进一步提高. 无论是否添加玉米,均以米糠组的效果最好,其次是玉米秸组,最差是小麦秸组.

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different absorbents and corn on fermentation characteristics and quality of potato vines silage. The experiment used a simple factor design, there were 7 groups and 5 replicates in each group. The control group was silage with potato vines alone;groups 1 to 3 were supplemented with 25% bran, maize stock and wheat straw based on control group, respectively;groups 4 to 6 were supplemented with 4% corn based on groups 1 to 3, respectively. The results showed that compared with the control group, the score of quality of groups 1 to 3 was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , the Ph was sig-nificantly decreased ( P<0. 05); the lactic acid content of groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , the ammonia nitrogen content was significantly decreased ( P<0.05) . Supplemented with different ab-sorbents and corn had significant effect on nutrients of potato vines silages (P<0.05). In conclusion, added corn based on the absorbents, the fermentation quality of silage is improved further. No matter whether corn is added, the effect of rice bran is the best, the second is maize stalk and the worst is wheat straw.
