目的：分析慢性心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院56例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,<0.05,认为有统计学意义。结论慢性心力衰竭患者给予美托洛尔临床效果较好,可有效提升患者心功能,可推广应用该疗法。

Objective Analysis of the clinical ef ectof metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From March 2014 to February 2015,56 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,28 cases in each group.Thecontrol group were given routine treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of metoprolol in the treatmentof,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic ef ect.Results The total ef ective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, which was statistical y significant.Conclusion Patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) given metoprolol clinical ef ect is bet er, and it can ef ectively improve heart function of patients, to promote the application of this therapy.
