促进公共政策终结，要转变观念，认识政策终结的必然性，提高政策终结主体的能力；要扩大宣传，完善信息沟通，重视媒体引领，营造政策终结的良好氛围；要加强内外部监控，强化责任追究，提升政策终结的执行力度；要完善制度，规范中央财政支付，畅通地方利益表达，斩断影响政策终结的利益关系。

To promote the termination of public policy asks for the change of old ideas, recognition of the necessity of policy termination and the improvement of the ability of policy to terminate main body. Besides, it should expand the pub-licity, improve informational communication, attach importance to media guide and create a favorable atmosphere of policy end;it needs to strengthen the internal and external monitoring, intensify awareness of responsibility and improve enforce-ment of policy termination;it demands to perfect the system, standardize the central financial payments, ease the access to the expression of local interests and cut the interest relationship that affects policy end.
