目的:探讨骨科教学中新的护理教学查房方法,提高骨科教学查房质量。方法选取2012年6月~2014年4月间在医院骨科实习的护理专业护生100名,随机抽取50名护生为实验组,每月一次进行多模式护理教学查房,由护生主查;另外50名护生为对照组,采取传统模式的教学查房;评价比较两组护生的考核成绩,护生对带教方法的满意度、患者对护生的满意度。结果实验组护生对带教方法的满意度、患者对护生的满意度及护生的考核成绩均有明显提高。差别有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论以护生为主查的多模式护理教学查房有助于提高护生综合素质能力,提升了护生对教学方法的满意度及患者对护生的满意度,同时增加了知识更新渠道,护生的考核成绩均有明显提高。

Objective To explore new methods of nursing teaching rounds in orthopedic education, and improve the quality of orthopedic clinical nursing teaching. Methods We divided100 nursing students during June2012~April 2014internship at the hospital orthopedics into two groups. 50 of them were randomly selected into the experimental group, once a month for multi-mode nursing teaching,dominated by nursing students conduct Lord Charles;and the other 50 nursing interns to the control group,taking the traditional model of teaching rounds.To evaluate and compare two groups' general ability and satisfaction of nursing students, patients’satisfaction with nursing students and nursing students’test results.Results Nursing students’satisfaction with teaching, patients’ satisfaction with nursing students and nursing students' test results in the experimental group were significantly improved.The dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion To nursing students as the main multi-mode nursing teaching, the teaching help to improve the overal quality of ability, enhance nursing students’satisfaction and patients’satisfaction with teaching methods for nursing students, also can increase the knowledge updating channels, and improve nursing students’test results.
