以内蒙古产裸燕麦籽粒为原料,采用碱水洗涤法分离裸燕麦淀粉。探讨搅拌时间、pH值、料液比、搅拌温度四个因素对裸燕麦淀粉提取率的影响,并采用Box‐Behnken试验设计优化裸燕麦淀粉的最佳提取工艺。裸燕麦淀粉的最佳提取工艺条件为:搅拌时间120 min ,pH10,料液比1∶6畅3,搅拌温度30℃。在此条件下,裸燕麦淀粉的提取率为56.83%,为裸燕麦淀粉的工业化生产提供了参考。

Naked oat starch was extracted by alkaline washing method with Inner Mongolia naked oat grain as raw material . The effects on naked oat starch extracted yield by the four factors of stir time ,pH ,solid‐liquid ratio ,stir temperature were discussed ,and the optimum extraction process of naked oat starch was obtained though box‐behnken experimental design .The results showed that the optimum extracted process of naked oat starch was stir time 120 min ,pH10 ,solid‐liquid ratio of 1∶6 .3 ,stir temperature 30℃ .The extracted yield of naked oat starch was 56.83% under this condition ,which provided a ba‐sis for the industrialized production of naked oat starch .
