The construction of teaching team has very important meaning to promote the improvement of teaching ability and student-training quality in high vocation education colleges. This paper describes the construction object and content of teaching team based on analyzing the difference between the profession teaching team and the course (group) teaching team, then emphasizes the methods of selection, management, evaluation and ensuring mechanism etc. of teaching team base on course (group). It provides guidance meaning for the construction and management of teaching team.
