为了介绍MCGS仿真和演示实验平台的开发过程及其在 PLC教学中的作用,提出了利用组态软件 MCGS的动画设计、图形绘制、运行策略等功能设计十字路口交通灯的仿真实验平台. 通过组态软件设计的仿真程序平台,可以直观、逼真地显示PLC动态控制过程,克服了传统实验人机界面差等缺点,大大提高 PLC 实验的教学水平和教学效果.
為瞭介紹MCGS倣真和縯示實驗平檯的開髮過程及其在 PLC教學中的作用,提齣瞭利用組態軟件 MCGS的動畫設計、圖形繪製、運行策略等功能設計十字路口交通燈的倣真實驗平檯. 通過組態軟件設計的倣真程序平檯,可以直觀、逼真地顯示PLC動態控製過程,剋服瞭傳統實驗人機界麵差等缺點,大大提高 PLC 實驗的教學水平和教學效果.

The paper introduces the simulation and experimental demonstration platform and the using of PLC in teaching based on how to design the traffic lights at an intersection relying on the configuration software MCGS'S function, such as animation design, graphics, operation strategy and so on . The configuration software design of simulation platform can show the control process intuitively and realistically and overcome the disadvantage of the poor man-machine interface to greatly improve the PLC experiment teaching level and teaching effect.
