"Specialty Corporatization"teaching mode is the product of college-corporation cooperation and depth fusion. The specialty construction is based on the "corporation" platform. However, there have been some obstructions in operating the "Specialty Corporatization" teaching mode, because of lacking corresponding policy, shortage of corporate teaching staff, not having soundly operation mechanism. Therefore, some solutions have been put forward in this article.
