目的：：探讨补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究。方法：将97例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组，对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗，中药组在对照组基础上给予补肾壮骨方治疗，其中肾虚湿热证运用清化法，肾虚寒湿证运用祛寒法，比较两组疗效、主要指标水平变化及安全性。结果：总有效率中药组85.71%显著高于对照组60.42%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后功能指数(BASFI)、活动指数(BASDAI)、脊柱疼痛评分(VAS)、中医症候积分、C反应蛋白、血沉水平均显著改善(P<0.05)，中药组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；不良反应发生率中药组8.16%显著低于对照组22.92%(P<0.05)。结论：运用补肾壮骨方治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效、主要指标、安全性均优于单纯运用西医药物治疗。
목적：：탐토보신장골방가감치료강직성척주염적림상연구。방법：장97례강직성척주염환자수궤분위량조，대조조구복류담광알필정장용편치료，중약조재대조조기출상급여보신장골방치료，기중신허습열증운용청화법，신허한습증운용거한법，비교량조료효、주요지표수평변화급안전성。결과：총유효솔중약조85.71%현저고우대조조60.42%(P<0.05)；량조치료후공능지수(BASFI)、활동지수(BASDAI)、척주동통평분(VAS)、중의증후적분、C반응단백、혈침수평균현저개선(P<0.05)，중약조개선정도명현우우대조조(P<0.05)；불량반응발생솔중약조8.16%현저저우대조조22.92%(P<0.05)。결론：운용보신장골방치료강직성척주염적료효、주요지표、안전성균우우단순운용서의약물치료。
Obj ective:To investigate the clinical study of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction in the treatment of anky-losing spondylitis.Methods:97 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received sulfasalazine enteric coated tablets treatment,traditional Chinese medicine group in the control group were given Bushen Zhuanggu decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and damp heat,which use the cleaning method,kidney deficiency and cold dampness syndrome by dispelling cold,change and compare two groups of curative effect,safety the main indicators of the level of.Results:The total effective rate of TCM group was 85.71% significantly higher than the control group 60.42% (P<0.05);function index of the two groups after treatment (BASFI),activity index (BASDAI), spinal pain score (VAS),symptom scores,C reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P<0.05),significantly improve the TCM group improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine group 8.16% was significantly lower than the control group 22.92% (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The curative effect of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis main index and safety are better than the use of western medicine treatment.
