目的：探讨肠梗阻采取腹腔镜手术治疗的方法与效果。方法：选取本院普外科2010年1月-2015年9月接诊的100例肠梗阻患者进行研究，随机均分为两组，每组各50例。对照组采取传统开腹手术治疗，研究组采取腹腔镜手术治疗，比较分析两组的临床效果、手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间。结果：研究组的总有效率为96.00%，对照组为84.00%，研究组显著高于对照，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但研究组术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：肠梗阻采取腹腔镜手术治疗效果明显，安全性高，值得借鉴。

목적：탐토장경조채취복강경수술치료적방법여효과。방법：선취본원보외과2010년1월-2015년9월접진적100례장경조환자진행연구，수궤균분위량조，매조각50례。대조조채취전통개복수술치료，연구조채취복강경수술치료，비교분석량조적림상효과、수술시간、술중출혈량、위장공능회복시간、주원시간。결과：연구조적총유효솔위96.00%，대조조위84.00%，연구조현저고우대조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조적수술시간비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），단연구조술중출혈량、위장공능회복시간급주원시간균우우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：장경조채취복강경수술치료효과명현，안전성고，치득차감。
Objective:To investigate the method and effect of laparoscopic operation for the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Method:100 cases of intestinal obstruction in our hospital general surgery were selected from January 2010 to September 2015 and they were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional open operation treatment, the study group was treated the laparoscopic operation treatment, the clinical effect, operation time, blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group’s 84.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operative time of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05), but the amount of bleeding, recovery time and hospitalization time of the study group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation for intestinal obstruction is effective and safe, which is worthy of reference.
