目的：观察宣肺止咳益胃方联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法选取肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿120例，并随机分为两组，对照组60例在常规西医治疗的基础上给予阿奇霉素干混悬剂，治疗组60例给予宣肺止咳益胃方，西医治疗同对照组，治疗7d后，判定疗效。结果治疗组显效25例，有效31例，无效4例，总有效率93.33%；对照组显效21例，有效26例，无效13例，总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(<0.05)。结论宣肺止咳益胃方联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效显著，值得推广。
목적：관찰선폐지해익위방연합서약치료소인폐염지원체폐염적료효。방법선취폐염지원체폐염적환인120례，병수궤분위량조，대조조60례재상규서의치료적기출상급여아기매소간혼현제，치료조60례급여선폐지해익위방，서의치료동대조조，치료7d후，판정료효。결과치료조현효25례，유효31례，무효4례，총유효솔93.33%；대조조현효21례，유효26례，무효13례，총유효솔75.00%。치료조료효우우대조조(<0.05)。결론선폐지해익위방연합서약치료소인폐염지원체폐염료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective To observe releasing lungs cough benefit stomach party combined western medicine treatment the curative ef ect of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods Select children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in 120 cases, and randomly divided into two groups, control group 60 cases on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for azithromycin dry suspension agent, the treatment group of 60 cases received xuan lung cough benefit stomach, western medicine treatment with the control group, 7 days after treatment, the curative ef ect. Results Treatment group (25 cases were markedly improved, ef ective 31 cases, 4 cases were inef ective, the total ef ective rate was 93.33%;The control group 21 cases were markedly ef ective, ef ective 26 cases, 13 cases of invalid, total ef ective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative ef ect is bet er than that of control group ( < 0.05). Conclusion Releasing lungs cough benefit stomach party combined western medicine treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia curative ef ect is distinct, worthy of promotion.
