目的：：总结古今著名中医著作和医家对糖尿病肢冷症的认识分析结论与治疗方法，为防治糖尿病肢冷症这一常见并发症提供重要的理论借鉴。方法：分别对糖尿病肢冷症的病机、扶阳法治疗糖尿病肢冷症的理论源流、扶阳法的相关应用进行理论和实例探讨。结论：采用扶阳法治疗糖尿病肢冷症是理想的选择，值得进行更深层次的研究。
目的：：總結古今著名中醫著作和醫傢對糖尿病肢冷癥的認識分析結論與治療方法，為防治糖尿病肢冷癥這一常見併髮癥提供重要的理論藉鑒。方法：分彆對糖尿病肢冷癥的病機、扶暘法治療糖尿病肢冷癥的理論源流、扶暘法的相關應用進行理論和實例探討。結論：採用扶暘法治療糖尿病肢冷癥是理想的選擇，值得進行更深層次的研究。
목적：：총결고금저명중의저작화의가대당뇨병지랭증적인식분석결론여치료방법，위방치당뇨병지랭증저일상견병발증제공중요적이론차감。방법：분별대당뇨병지랭증적병궤、부양법치료당뇨병지랭증적이론원류、부양법적상관응용진행이론화실례탐토。결론：채용부양법치료당뇨병지랭증시이상적선택，치득진행경심층차적연구。
Obj ective :To summarize the cognition analysis conclusion and treatment method of ancient and modern famous TCM writings and physicians on diabetic limb cold disease ,provide important theoretical reference for preventing and controlling the common complication of diabetic limb cold syndrome.Methods:The article discussed the theory and example of the pathogenesis of diabetic limb cold,the theoretical source of the treatment of diabetic limb cold disease by the method of assisting Yang,application of assisting Yang method.Conclusion:It is an ideal choice for the treatment of diabetic limb cold disease by using the method of assisting Yang,and it is worth to be studied further.
