目的：观察盐酸羟考酮注射液用于无痛肠镜麻醉的临床效果。方法90例拟行无痛肠镜检查治疗的患者，随机均分为羟考酮组(O组)和芬太尼组(F组)。两组患者均复合小剂量丙泊酚进行无痛肠镜检查治疗。结果两组各时点MAP、HR、SpO2、RR比较差异无统计学意义。 O组较F组丙泊酚使用量更少，苏醒时间更短，术后恶心呕吐发生率更低，差异有统计学意义，<0.05。结论羟考酮与芬太尼均可减轻肠镜检查治疗的疼痛不适，但羟考酮的效果更好，不良反应更少，患者更满意。
목적：관찰염산간고동주사액용우무통장경마취적림상효과。방법90례의행무통장경검사치료적환자，수궤균분위간고동조(O조)화분태니조(F조)。량조환자균복합소제량병박분진행무통장경검사치료。결과량조각시점MAP、HR、SpO2、RR비교차이무통계학의의。 O조교F조병박분사용량경소，소성시간경단，술후악심구토발생솔경저，차이유통계학의의，<0.05。결론간고동여분태니균가감경장경검사치료적동통불괄，단간고동적효과경호，불량반응경소，환자경만의。
Objective To observe oxycodone hydrochloride injection is used in the clinical ef ect of painless colonoscopy anesthesia.Methods 90 cases patients treated painless colonoscopy examination,random is divided into oxycodone group(O)and fentanyl group(group F).Two groups of patients were compound smal dose of propofol in painless colonoscopy examination treatment.Results Two groups of each point MAP,HR,SpO2,RR is no statistical y significant dif erence.O the F group propofol use less,awakening time shorter,lower incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,the dif erence was statistical y significant,<0.05.Conclusion Oxycodone and fentanyl can ease the pain of endoscopic check treatment,but the ef ect of oxycodone bet er,less adverse reactions,patients are more satisfied.
