文章运用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对少林武术表演的发展方式和的价值两个方面进行研究。研究结论：少林武术表演沿着商业化、国际化、艺术化三大趋势发展；少林武术表演的价值除了愉悦身心，满足人们的精神文化需求之外，更重要的是在于传播传承少林武术和少林文化、弘扬我国的传统文化、增强文化软实力等方面的价值。

The development of Shaolin Wushu performance and the value is studied by using literature, observation, logical analysis and other research methods. Research conclusions is as follows:Shaolin Wushu performance development along the feature of commercialization, internationalization and art. It has the value of make people feel good and meet their spiritual and cultural needs. What is more important is that it has the value of spreading Shaolin Wushu and Shaolin culture, promoting China's traditional culture, enhancing the cultural soft power and other aspects.
