农业机械化不仅要关注总量提升,更要注重资源配置效率.使用BCC超效率模型,测算了2010-2013年中国18个省份农业机械化效率的变动状况.结果发现:大多数省份农业机械化效率并不高,农业机械资源配置不合理;农业机械化效率按照东中西部地区呈现递减趋势;高效率省份农业机械化效率的驱动因素是纯技术效率,低效率省份农业机械化效率的驱动因素呈现多元化.从整体来看,大中型拖拉机、小型拖拉机和农用排灌柴油机数量过多是导致大多数省份农业机械化效率低下的主要原因.为此,要大力推进农业机械投入结构转变,通过战略结构、动力结构和区域结构等优化提升我国农业机械化效率.

We should not only pay attention to enhance the total amount of agricultural mechanization,but also pay more attention to the efficiency of resource allocation.Based on BCC model and super efficiency model,this paper calculates the changes of the agricultural mechanization efficiency in 18 provinces in China during 2010-2013.The conclusions are:agricultural mechanization efficiency in most of the provinces is not high,and agricultural mechanization resources are ir-rational allocated.Agricultural mechanization efficiency in the eastern and western regions is decreasing.The driving factor of agricultural mechanization efficiency in high efficiency provinces is pure technical efficiency.The driving factor of agri-cultural mechanization efficiency in low efficiency provinces is diversified.Overall,the too much number of large and me-dium-sized tractors,microtractors and agricultural diesel engines is the main reason leading to the low agricultural mecha-nization efficiency in most of the provinces.To this end, we should vigorously promote the transformation of agricultural machinery input structure,improve the agricultural mechanization efficiency in China through the optimization of strategic structure,power structure and regional structure.
