目的：探讨中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤的综合治疗方法。方法回顾性分析22例中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤的临床回访资料，根据术前影像学表现、手术治疗及放射治疗结果探讨此类疾病的临床特点及治疗效果。结果22例患者中术前确诊5例，术后1例病情加重自动出院，11例行放射治疗。术后随访均未发现肿瘤复发及转移。结论中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤治疗应以手术切除为首选，术后应常规行放疗，并定期随访。
목적：탐토중추신경계통혈관외피세포류적종합치료방법。방법회고성분석22례중추신경계통혈관외피세포류적림상회방자료，근거술전영상학표현、수술치료급방사치료결과탐토차류질병적림상특점급치료효과。결과22례환자중술전학진5례，술후1례병정가중자동출원，11례행방사치료。술후수방균미발현종류복발급전이。결론중추신경계통혈관외피세포류치료응이수술절제위수선，술후응상규행방료，병정기수방。
Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment of hemangiopericytoma in central nervous system. Methods The clinical review data of 22 cases of hemangiopericytoma in central nervous system were analyzed retrospectively. Accord‐ing to the preoperative imaging ,surgical treatment and radiation treatment effect ,to explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of these diseases. Results Five cases were diagnosed preoperatively in 22 patients ,1 case was discharged due to se‐vere postoperative performance ,and 11 cases accepted routine radiotherapy. All the cases weren’t found tumor recurrence and metastasis in postoperative follow‐up. Conclusion Operation is the first selection in the treatment of hemangiopericytoma in central nervous system ,routine postoperative radiotherapy and regular follow‐up should be done.
