To cope with the problem of tense coal supply source, the power plant of Ji-uquan Steel blended undersigned Guanghui coal in its boiler combustion. Through analysis of the characteristics and blending difficulties of Guanghui coal, highly specific combustion ad-justment technical measures were established to carry out mixed burning test and gradually increase the proportion of mixed burning up to about 80%, which reduced the dependence of the boiler on designed type of coal and relieved the tension of coal supply.
