随着测量技术的不断发展,恒温箱的应用越来越广泛,传统的温度控制方法多采用全模拟电路进行控制,在控制精度及实时控制方面不能满足需求,且无法进行功能设定,本文设计了一种恒温箱快速自适应控制方法,基于该方法设计的便携式控温箱,根据恒温箱内外温度差采用不同的控制策略,采用加热与制冷双态工作模式,实现对控温箱内部温度的高精度控制,满足更高的应用需求.
隨著測量技術的不斷髮展,恆溫箱的應用越來越廣汎,傳統的溫度控製方法多採用全模擬電路進行控製,在控製精度及實時控製方麵不能滿足需求,且無法進行功能設定,本文設計瞭一種恆溫箱快速自適應控製方法,基于該方法設計的便攜式控溫箱,根據恆溫箱內外溫度差採用不同的控製策略,採用加熱與製冷雙態工作模式,實現對控溫箱內部溫度的高精度控製,滿足更高的應用需求.

An improved adaptive method was introduced in this paper. With this method, a novel portable precision air enclosure which was able to choose different control strategies according to the tem-perature difference between inside and outside the enclosure could be designed. In this system, the high-er application requirements that the temperature inside the portable air enclosure is more precise accurate to 20mK can be made with the use of dual-mode operating.
